Qualified Mechanics(s) to join our Maintenance and Repair Team!
Rail Logistics of Alabama, LLC, a contractor to Norfolk Southern, provides maintenance and repair assistance to the intermodal equipment within the Mc Calla, Alabama rail facility. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, as well as possess a valid state issued driver’s license. Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends as needed. Prior experience is a plus, but training will be provided for qualified candidates.

- Perform Annual and Preventative Federal Maintenance inspection and repairs
- Create mobile estimates, Input repair information, take before & after pictures of damage/repairs
- Complete routine and preventative mechanical/electrical repairs on intermodal equipment
- Mig and Arc welding skills are preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently yet eager to jump in and help team members when needed
- Provide your own hand tools in order to perform the required duties
